Her background includes hands-on roles in project coordination, supervision, procurement, and operational support within demanding construction environments.

Leila has worked directly alongside project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, gaining a deep understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor transitions, material flow, and schedule-driven execution. This experience shapes how Ascension operates on every project.
