26 Years Oilfield Experience
“She understands the oilfield.”
Why We Started This Service
My name is Leila Touhami, founder of Ascension Workforce Support Services.
I spent 26 years working in the oilfield, so I understand the long shifts, hard work, and demanding schedules that crews face every day.
My family also operates a man camp, which gave me a deeper understanding of what workers need after 12–14 hour shifts. Simple things like a clean room, fresh laundry, and basic supplies can make a big difference in helping crews rest and recover.
That is why we created Ascension Oilfield Workforce Support Services — to support the hardworking men and women of the oilfield by taking care of the daily tasks that are difficult to manage after long days on the job.
Our goal is simple:
Provide reliable, respectful, and professional support services that make life easier for oilfield crews and the companies that depend on them.
